How long we keep it
Order and billing data are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Messages sent through the form are deleted once the enquiry is resolved, unless they lead to an order.
Analytics cookie data is kept in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months. Withdrawals are kept with the order they relate to, for the same periods as the order.
Who we share it with
Only to those needed for the order to arrive and be in order: the transport company that carries the parcel, the bank that processes the payment, the firm that keeps our accounts and the web hosting provider. Data is not sold or passed on to third parties for advertising. The only transfer outside the European Economic Area happens if you accept analytics cookies: Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), the provider of Google Analytics, may process that data in the United States, under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability. Just write to producan@hotmail.com saying which right you want to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
