A workshop in Galicia that got fed up with feeders that jam
Producan was born from one specific problem: the automatic dispensers on sale were plastic, small and jammed with large kibble. For a medium or large breed dog living outdoors, they just didn't work.
So we designed our own. Galvanised sheet steel instead of plastic, capacity for a whole 15 kg sack instead of three litres, and a patented gravity-feed dispensing mechanism with no augers where the kibble could get stuck.
We make it ourselves. We cut the sheet steel, fold it, rivet it and assemble the mechanism and the timer in our own workshop. We don't import or resell: that's why we have the individual parts, and why when something fails that part gets replaced instead of throwing away the whole unit.
From the roll of sheet steel to the finished feeder, it all comes out of the same workshop.
Gravity-feed dispensing, no auger. It's what sets us apart.
