With two dogs and the double model, around two weeks.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n Yes. The Producan's outlet is wide and the kibble falls by its own weight, so it takes kibble of any size and shape. It's the exact opposite of dispensers with an auger, which jam with large kibble.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n That's what the P3 model is for. It has an internal 12V battery and gives around 3 months of battery life with 4 feeds a day. You can also use it plugged into the mains whenever it suits you: it works both ways.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n Yes, it's designed for that. The Producan feeder is made of 0.8 mm galvanised sheet steel with IP65 certification: water and damp don't get in. The top lid also protects the timer and the switch.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n It's made of metal and riveted together. It's not a plastic tub: it doesn't split or give way no matter how much the dog pushes it. That's why it's used in breeding kennels and animal shelters, where the material really takes a beating.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n The timer survives occasional power cuts without losing its settings.
