These terms govern the purchase of products through this shop, owned by Producan, with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 36107995L and address at Camiño do Leitón nº 2, 36320 Chapela, Redondela (Pontevedra), Spain.

You add the product to the basket, choose the version (for one or two dogs), fill in the delivery details and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email with the summary. The contract is concluded when Producan confirms the order.

We accept card or Bizum (through the Cecabank payment gateway), PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery (the latter only for GLS Express deliveries to mainland Spain). Cash on delivery carries a surcharge of 5% of the order total, with a minimum of €3 (VAT included). This is what the carrier charges us for collecting the money on delivery, and you will see the amount as a separate line before you confirm the order. The other payment methods carry no surcharge.

If you choose bank transfer, the account details are sent by email when you confirm the order. We never publish them on the website or give them through any other channel: if you receive an account number different from the one in that email, do not pay anything and call us on +34 986 452 372.

Delivery times and carriers for each destination are detailed in Delivery and returns. Times are counted in working days from payment confirmation.

Check the packaging when you receive it. If it arrives damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery note and let us know within 24 hours: that way we can claim from the courier.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return the product, and you bear the cost of sending it back. You can notify us online via Withdraw from contract here, linked at the bottom of every page. Full information and the model form are in Delivery and returns.

All feeders have 3-year warranty cover against lack of conformity from delivery, and repair or replacement is free of charge, shipping included. Because we make them in our own workshop, individual spare parts are available after the warranty period too: when a part fails, that part is replaced, not the whole unit.

The warranty does not cover damage from use other than intended, impacts, modifications to the mechanism or normal wear of the P3 model’s battery.

You can make any complaint at producan@hotmail.com or on +34 986 452 372. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the consumer affairs services of your region or town; if you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you.

Estas condiciones regulan la compra de productos a través de esta tienda, titularidad de Producan, con NIF 36107995L y domicilio en Camiño do Leitón nº 2, 36320 Chapela, Redondela (Pontevedra).
